This morning while I was in the secret place with Jesus, He began to speak about a coming storm. Comparing it to a thunderstorm in the natural, he began to give insights and great hope for a different kind of storm coming to the Earth.
I felt I heard Him say,
“Just as a heavy rain storm moves in and the sky’s atmosphere gets darker for a time, so it will be in the coming storm. But although thick black storm clouds eclipse the sun‘s light for a little while, soon the clouds will move on and the sun will break forth once again. The storm’s thunder, lightning, and darkness seem ominous, but one knows the storm will soon pass by.
And as the sun shines again, it leaves the Earth bright with green plants and blossoming flowers.
I tell you this because I love sharing with and confiding in my friends. You have been chosen to live at this time and appointed to bear lasting fruit, fruit that remains.
“I no longer call you slaves, because a master doesn’t confide in his slaves. Now you are my friends, since I have told you everything the Father told me. You didn’t choose me. I chose you. I appointed you to go and produce lasting fruit, so that the Father will give you whatever you ask for, using my name. This is my command: Love each other.”
John 15:15-17 NLT
So know this. There is indeed a storm approaching. But I am still God over every storm, and just as I walked on the water in the midst of the storm with my disciples, so I will be walking on the water in the midst of the coming storm with my people. At that time, only Peter got out of the boat. But this time, there will be MANY of my trusting ones that will get out of the boat with Me. They will walk on water, despite the wind and the waves that surround them. This will be the result of their walking daily in close communion with Me in the natural realm, and it will look like power flowing through my followers. This is because they are intimately connected to the vine (Me).
But those who want to walk on the water without living in union with Me, are those seeking their own glory and attention. They will find themselves sinking… in a sea of pride and selfishness.
But those who hope in the Lord and keep their gaze upon Me, will constantly renew their strength. They will sore above the wild wind and waves to a higher place of safety – under the protection of my wings. I will be a personal refuge to those who place their trust in Me. (Isaiah 40:31)
And then, SUDDENLY, they will see the SUN of Righteousness rising with healing in His wings. (Malachi 4:2)
Those who’ve been blind, captive, and being kept in dark dungeons will be set free! (Isaiah 42:7) You will see divine healing begin to wash over the broken through the hands and feet of my beloved followers. Those who are walking on the water with me through intimate friendship in the secret place.
The Hope of Glory✨ lives in you!
And because I have already secured the victory on the cross, there is tangible hope and heights of glory ahead!
As the SUN of righteousness breaks through the dark storm clouds, you, my people, will also arise and shine with radiant light as you learn to live ONE with me: your Bridegroom-King! So rejoice! For your light has come. And the glory of the Lord is rising upon you! (Isaiah 60:1)
My Beloveds… get ready to walk on the water and shine with me!
““Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned, and Yahweh’s glory now streams from you! Look carefully! Darkness blankets the earth, and thick clouds covers the nations, but Yahweh arises upon you and the brightness of his glory appears over you! Nations will be attracted to your radiant light and kings to the sunrise-glory of your new day…You will know me intimately that I am Yahweh, your Savior, for I am the Mighty Hero who rules over Jacob’s tribes, your Kinsman-Redeemer!””

I asked, “How Lord? How do we prepare ourselves to “walk on water”?
He whispered, “Come to the secret place and spend time with me…. and Listen.♥️
“But you, when you pray, go into your room, and when you have shut your door, pray to your Father who is in the secret place; and your Father who sees in secret will reward you openly.”
Matthew 6:6 NKJV
💡A few tips for fighting for time with the Lord in your secret place: (I’ve learned this is the most important part of my day and spending time with Jesus is worth fighting for!)
- Hide your phone. This is the biggest distraction. Put it in another room!
- Sing acapella to Him or play music through a different source. (But don’t use your phone)
- Get a watch or clock for the wall or table so you can keep track of the time without having your phone.
- Keep paper close by so you can write down the bombarding thoughts of things to do! Once you’ve written them down, you can let the thoughts go til later.
- Try and get enough sleep (don’t stay up so late) so you’re not nodding off constantly.😂
- This is a battle. Pray at the beginning and ask Holy Spirit to cover you with the mighty blood of Jesus to block all spiritual warfare that would love to distract you and stop you from hearing Jesus calm your fears and lavish his love on you.
- Invite the Lord into your secret place. When you begin to priortize Him daily, you will notice that He is already awaiting your arrival because He delights in spending time with every one of His Beloveds. Especially YOU.♥️
